Have been engaged in legal professional work since 2011. I used to work for China's top 500 private enterprise Guangsha Construction Group and the subsidiary of the world's top 500 central enterprise Sinochem Blue Sky Group as legal affairs manager, responsible for defending against anti-dumping, countervailing and anti-monopoly investigations launched by the US International Trade Commission against several refrigerant products in China's chemical industry; and I have also worked as a managing partner and partner in several law firms. I have both dual educational backgrounds and working experience in law and business management.

◆ Provided legal services for several biomedical companies in terms of equity financing, equity structure design, and corporate control design;

◆ Serving as legal advisors for several listed companies and large-to-medium-sized enterprises, the areas of expertise include: biomedical, chemical production, jewelry sales, hotel and tourism, education and technology, commercial real estate, construction and engineering, property security, energy and power, cultural and media, finance and technology, etc.

◆ Providing legal services for the transfer of shares of an enterprise in XXXX Country;

◆ Acting on behalf of Zhejiang XXXX Company in lawsuits against Ningbo Company for breach of contract in goods sales and liability of shareholders for harming the interests of the company's creditors, the firm secured two victorious judgments, recovering millions of RMB in economic losses;

◆ Acting on behalf of Hangzhou XXXX Company in a lawsuit against a shareholder of a Shanghai food company for capital contribution disputes, the dispute was ultimately resolved through non-litigation means;

◆ The agent of Shenzhen XXXX Company defended against a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Hangzhou Company, avoiding over 2 million RMB in economic compensation;

◆ The agency represented a company in a commercial secret dispute against a game company in Hangzhou, and won the case, avoiding a potential economic compensation of 2.8 million yuan.
